Tegan Vincent-Cooke is the first Para Dressage rider to represent Jamaica in the FEI World Championships (previously known as the FEI World Equestrian Games until 2022). The Championships are being held in Aachen, Germany from 19-23 August. Tegan and her horse Stolen Kiss qualified in 2025 and will make history as the only Jamaican Para athlete to compete at the FEI World Championships 2026.
Samantha Albert competed in three World Equestrian Games in Eventing.
Tegan was born and raised in the UK with Jamaican parentage. She was born with cerebral palsy and started riding as part of her physiotherapy. Tegan has come through the ranks with her stunning mare Coco (Stolen Kiss).
We wish Tegan and Coco all the luck and will be cheering them on and watching Jamaica's flag raised in another equestrain discipline!
