You have allowed us after a three-year absence to bring back to Jamaica the highest quality of athletic performances from some of the world's best athletes. On behalf of the Board of The MultiCare Youth Foundation (MYF), I wish to express heartfelt appreciation to the Sports Development Foundation for the very generous continued grant support of JA$2.8M towards the work of The MYF, specifically the maintenance and upkeep of the Breezy Castle Sports Centre on Harbour Street, Kingston. We apologise most sincerely for this very tardy thank you note.
The Breezy Castle Sports facility, as you know, is a special benefit to members of the Parade Gardens and surrounding communities who are afforded use of the facility – the only true green space in downtown Kingston - as their sporting home ground and for recreational use at no cost.
As always, we commit to the judicious management and reporting of grant funds and activities for which they are utilized.

On behalf of the Western Relays organizing committee, thank you and the Sports Development Foundation (SDF) for the tremendous support to the tune of Two Million Dollars in 2022 - a year of great need due to the lack of a title or major sponsor. The situation remains the same, hence we ask for your support again to make this very important track and field calendar event a reality.
A modified (to meet the Covid-19 protocols) but successful Western Relays was held last year. Over forty' thousand persons watched the ’livestream" of the meet which received extensive media coverage in the traditional media, as well as social media and the internet.
The support of the SDF made all the difference and is highly appreciated. Western Relays represents the best of the West and should be allowed to continue to showcase the best that Jamaica has to offer in terms of Meet Management and Athlete performance. It is scheduled to be held at GC Foster College once again. The organizers look forward to going back to its home at the Montego Bay Spoils Complex as soon as renovations are completed.
We therefore look forward to the SDF for its support of the Western Relays in 2023 and beyond, so that Jamaica's finest human resources can be nurtured and developed, for the betterment of our country.

Thanks for your support in ensuring that the Court was built. The girls won the competition again. Netball has been a sport that Portland Cottage Primary formerly Portland Cottage All Age, loves and participate in. We were competitive and we did fairly well, although we did not have a proper netball court.
Thanks to the Sports Development Foundation we were gifted with a multipurpose court and this has helped our netball improve leaps and bounds. We were able to retain our INSPORT netball title again. With our new court we will be working very hard to be champions again in 2023.

The Southern Basketball Conference and the mother of Miss Jennell Houston wishes to express our gratitude to the SDF for providing financial support to Miss Houston enabling her to access her scholarship offer to attend the North Florida Educational Institure recently.
Miss Houston left the island on Tuesday November 8, 2022 and so far the feed back from the coaches have been most encouraging.
Without the support of the SDF this would not have been possible for her and behalf of everybody we wish to express our gratitude and thanks.
Miss Houston we are sure, is very much aware of the responsibility on her shoulders to make maximum use of this opportunity.

The Linstead Community Development Committee along with the following organizations namely: St. Helens Youth Group, the Rotary Club of North St. Catherine, the Optimist Club of North St. Catherine and the Optimist Club of Ewarton hosted their Annual Summer Youth Camp under the theme, “Celebrating thirty (30) years of youth and community development through summer youth camping”.
Through your generous contribution this year’s summer camp experience was phenomenal, as we celebrated our thirtieth (30th) anniversary year of camping in full style. We were able to adequately facilitate campers between ages of seven (7) to twenty ( 20) years old from churches, uniformed groups, community groups, as well as those with disabilities.
The camp that was held over the period of August 8th-22nd 2022 sought to build integral life skills while we still practiced the safety measures to prevent the Novel Corona Virus. Team building was the foundation of the camp and expressing gratitude through the spirit of volunteerism.
The Linstead Community Development Committee wishes to express its unwavering appreciation for the help received. With your contributions you have helped to change lives and restore the hopes of a brighter future. Thank you for your continuous support as we continue to build our communities, parishes and our country Jamaica; land we love.
